Cottage is a spacious 3 bedroom house, ideal perhaps for the
larger family or for 2 families to share.

with a single and bunk beds, 2 bathrooms.)

Mini Hi-Fi, as well as a selection of books, videos, c.d.’s
and board games for family entertainment or just relaxing
in one of the comfortable settees in front of the log burning
stove after a tiring day out on the fells. |

kitchen/diner is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer
and washer/drier, to include details such as food processor,
weighing scales and slow cooker to keep the chefs entertained. |
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, the master
with ensuite shower room, a second double bedroom, and the
third with bunk beds and a single bed. All rooms have excellent
views out over the fells towards Coniston Water.
The family bathroom has bath with shower
over, w.c., heated towel rail and shaver light.
Outside is a private patio and barbecue area, with magnificent
views across to the fells and grizedale forest
